Jeffrey C. Jeff is a proven leader in all endeavors of his life having positively affected thousands of people throughout his career.  He is a former award-winning high school and college basketball coach who had the rare distinction of coaching college All-Americans and an NBA player.  During Jeff’s entrepreneurial business pursuits he built a million dollar sales territory in less than a year.  He built and led an organization of over 7,000 independent sales representatives.  He has served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Vulcan Binder, a division of EBSCO Industries, a billion dollar international magazine company; Vice-President of International Sales for Reliv International; Vice President of Sales for The Limu Company; and CEO/President of Legacy for Life.

Additionally, Jeff owns and operates Piersall Family Enterprises a holding and operating company for SCB;  Orlando Trep, Crooked Tree Productions; Pier 42 Restaurant; and PRND, LLC.  Jeff has also provided executive and consulting services to numerous start-ups, as well as private and publicly held companies, and is acknowledged as an in-demand speaker.  He possesses the unique ability to quickly summarize current conditions with a vision for the future and then communicating – using motivational techniques tied to intellectual education – to his audience with skills and tools that will make them better in multiple situations of their life.

He is the co-author of Dog’s Don’t Bark at Parked Cars a business values book that addresses the hyper-changing world we live in today with ten timeless and unchanging core values to run a company and uses the journey of successful entrepreneurs to support and tell the story of each core value.

Jeff lives in Melbourne, Fla. with Judy, his wife of over 34 years.  They have three children: Kali, a graduate of the University of Alabama who operates her own video business Crooked Tree Productions; Ellie, a graduate of the University of North Florida who works in Duval County as a Special Education Teacher; and Wes, a senior who attends Tennessee Tech University.  Piersall has served as the President of Viera Suntree Little League, Board member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, United Way, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, Brevard County Tourism Council and various other charities. He currently serves on the board of the Viera Charter School and Orlando Inc.   As an in-demand speaker and trainer, Jeff has been featured at the B.W. Simpkins Business Seminar for Entrepreneurial Development at Eastern Florida State College and is the host of the annual Grow FL Florida Companies to Watch, and the FEDC State Conference along with numerous other local and national engagements.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Troy State University and earned a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham
