Florida GovCon NEXTGEN Summit

March 27-28th, 2019  |  520 North Howard Ave  | Tampa, FL

About This Year’s Summit

You’ve had success in federal contracting, but what got you here won’t get you to the next stage. You have to keep building a solid network, with relationships beyond a handshake and business card swap.

How would it help you to solve these issues?

» Do you know how your target agency buys?  What is their forecast?  How do you get on the right team?

» Are you ready to prime?  Do you need a small business subcontracting plan? Do you need CMMI or ISO next?

» You’ve heard you need to be on GSA – but which schedules or which GWACs?

» What do you have to do now to line up recompete when you’re sure you’ll outgrow your size standards?

» You’re halfway through the 8(a) program – do you find a younger 8(a) to prime the follow-on or set up a JV?

» What do you need to put into your teaming agreements and subcontracts?

» How do you fund payroll when both next contracts hit at once?  Are your systems ready to scale?

RESULT:

Focus will be on business life cycle topics for companies beyond the startup stage, from 10 to 100 employee and $2Million to $10Million in sales – giving them options and understanding of what lies ahead and how to navigate their growth.  This event will create more teaming connections for economic expansion fueled by federal contracting and innovation investment, across Tampa Bay, the state of Florida and other federal communities.
